Curried Hen Salad

This curried hen salad is an ideal make-ahead dish for lunches or a fast dinner. Prime over a mattress of lettuce, unfold on a chunk of complete wheat toast, or eat alone for a candy and crunchy meal positive to make your style buds sing!

INGREDIENTS
1 pound boneless skinless hen breasts

1 cup crimson grapes, halved
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup golden raisins
1/3 cup cashews
INSTRUCTIONS
